RESILIENT PEOPLE

The Tempest Two's Tommy Caulfield & James Whittle: Push through comfort zones

Episode Summary

Tommy Caulfield and James Whittle are two friends from the UK who one day decided to cross the Atlantic Ocean in a row boat. The voyage took them 54 days and as you can imagine, it was grueling. But the pair discovered a lot about themselves in that little vessel. Mainly the importance of pushing through their comfort zones and embracing the rewards that come with it. Since that trip, Tommy and James have embarked on many different adventures. We spoke about the reason for doing that first trip, how they define resilience and have a few laughs too.
